Our gates have been closed for about a month. We wanted to take some time to reflect on this season and obviously start working on the next one, which will be full of news.
It is always a bitter sweet feeling that of the end of the season, we greet our guests, but also many of our collaborators, who have worked hard to make your stay magical and special, with whom we look forward to being able to work. new one.
It was nice to be able to welcome guests back after the winter lockdown and see them smiling and make them live a Tuscan experience that they had never experienced before. We have been lucky enough to be able to host many families, many couples, of all generations, as well as weddings and events. It was very nice for people like us who work in hotels and dedicate their professional life to this profession to see them populated with happy and "enjoyable" people. This season has given us great results that we can only be satisfied with and make us look to the future with even more positivity, also considering the investments that the property has decided to make for this winter, so that when we go to reopen in April we will be able to offer a product and an even more accurate, even more attentive and even more detailed service to our guests who we hope will be many and coming from even more parts of the world than what happened this year. It has been a good season and we look to the future with confidence and look forward to reopening next April and we look forward to seeing you all.
