In our garden we grow aromatic herbs and seasonal vegetables to support our cuisine.
Every day our chefs collect only what is necessary for the day, thus limiting food waste.
During the summer it is possible to visit the garden with our Chef on request.
In addition to the vine and olive tree cultivations of the farm, there are also typical Tuscan native crops that perfume the entire village, such as lavender and helichrysum, both used in our SPA cosmetic line.
We also have a small orchard where ancient varieties of apples, plums, pears, apricots and pomegranates grow.
There are many gardens in the village where you can rest, totally immerse yourself in the greenery of the Tuscan countryside, have a picnic or read a good book.
