The ancient Sala Cisterna, where rainwater was collected to serve as the village's water supply, is now the home of our wines, the hub of our wine experience.
Our Wine Academy is based here, where many events dedicated to the world of wine take place, with daily Wine Hours, in-depth master classes and private tastings.
But that's not all; here you can also taste our wines by the glass, accompanied by a selection of cured meats and cheeses from our trusted local partners.
You can choose from 5 levels of wine type (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum), while the boards can be mixed, or just sliced meats or just cheeses; served on Bordeaux or magnum halves depending on how hungry you are. The bottles are sourced from a local glass salvage company.
For enthusiasts and curious people who want to learn about our wineries, every day in the ancient Sala Cisterna our sommeliers present the Wine Hours, a fixed appointment to discover together the wines of Borgo Scopeto, Caparzo, Altesino and Doga delle Clavule.
