Today we enter the Accounting Department; the protagonist of our “Borgo Scopeto according to the staff” column is Giuseppe.
Giuseppe comes from Avellino, and is our Accounting Manager and has been working in Borgo Scopeto since 2005.
What is your favorite place of the Borgo?
The amphitheater park above the tennis courts, because it is a beautiful place to lie down.
The most beautiful view or landscape in your opinion?
From the Borgo, block 9, where you can see the Valdorcia and Monte Amiata.
What activities would you suggest that the hotel offers (inside and out)?
A bike tour or Nordic walking among our vineyards. They are short and very fun to do even if you are not very experienced.
Surroundings to visit?
I would suggest getting lost in nature, among olive groves and vineyards, rather than dedicating yourself to historical and artistic beauties.
Which wine do you prefer from our cellars?
The Borgonero of Borgo Scopeto, but also Le Grance of Caparzo.
A dish from the La Tinaia restaurant?
The Pici with Borgonero with Cinta Senese meat and pecorino fondue, really delicious.
What do you think of the Borgo Scopeto Relax Spa? Are there any treatments or cosmetics you prefer?
I like our SPA because it is very intimate and you can really relax in there.
